If after receiving the items, you cancel the purchase within 14 days

Returns are accepted within 14 days for any unused items. To return the item please contact our Customer Services on 0800 130 3400. You must return the item in the same condition it was received in. Please ensure that the item(s) are packaged to a suitable standard protecting all surfaces.

Wheelbase are responsible for return postage costs for cancellations within 14 days.

As soon as your return has been received and successfully inspected we will refund your money via your original payment method. In the rare event that you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Services on 0800 130 3400. We aim to resolve any issues you may have quickly and efficiently at no cost to yourself.

Your Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described and get a full refund. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you take ownership of the goods. If an item is faulty and needs to be returned or has arrived damaged, please notify us immediately, we will arrange collection of the unused items and arrange for replacements to be sent to you. You do not need to pay postage costs for the return of the faulty item. If you ask to return an item that has arrived damaged, not as described, or faulty, we will refund the total cost of the return.
